삼성바이오로직스, 케빈샤프 부사장 승진…5명 상무 승진

삼성바이오로직스가 2025년도 임원 인사를 단행했다.

회사는 성과주의 인사 원칙 아래에 글로벌 제약사를 대상으로 대규모 신규 수주를 확보, CDMO 시장 점유 확대를 끌어낸 케빈 샤프 NJ Sales Office Head를 부사장으로 승진키로 결정했다.

이번 상무 승진 인사는 총 5명이다.

우선 3공장 생산 공정 및 일정 관리 효율화를 통해 완전가동을 달성하고 안정적인 의약품 생산으로 매출 확대에 기여한 유성철 상무가 임원 승진 명단에 이름을 올렸다.

송인섭 상무는 구매 및 외주 프로세스 개선으로 효율적 SCM 관리 체계 구축 및 원가·투자 비용을 효율화해 경영성과 확대에 기여한 성과를 인정받아 승진이 결정됐다. 이태희 상무는 신규 플랫폼 기술개발과 함께 CDO 연구개발 관련 자동화 도입 등 CDO 비즈니스 경쟁력 확보에 이바지했다는 평가를 받아 승진했다.

이와함께 황인찬 상무는 대내·외 커뮤니케이션을 통해 기업 이미지를 제고하고 CDMO 시장 내 브랜드 가치를 높이는데 기여해 상무로 승진했다. 송영석 상무는 삼성바이오로직스Way 등 회사 고유의 조직 문화 구축을 주도적으로 이끌어 승진했다.

회사는 정기 임원 인사에 이어 전사 조직개편 및 보직인사도 실시할 예정이다.

한편, 삼성바이오에피스 강대성·길지훈·봉기태 등 3명에 대한 상무 승진을 발표했다.
