베이진 ‘테빔브라주100㎎’, 식도편평세포암에 급여 적정

베이진코리아의 식도편평세포암치료제 ‘테빔브라주’ 100밀리그램이 급여 적정성이 있는 것으로 판단됐다.

건강보험심사평가원은 2025년 제1차 약제급여평가위원회 심의 결과, 베이진코리아 ‘테빔브라주’(티슬렐리주맙) 100밀리그램은 ‘식도편평세포암’ 치료에, 한독 ‘페마자이레정’(페미가티닙) 4‧5‧9‧13.5 밀리그램은 ‘FGFR2 융합 또는 재배열 담관암’ 치료에 급여가 적정하다고 판단됐다.

또 한국베링거인겔하임 ‘오페브연질캡슐’(닌테다닙) 100밀리그램과 150밀리그램은 ▲특발성 폐섬유증 ▲전신경화증 연관 간질성 폐질환 ▲진행성 폐섬유증에 대해 요양급여 적정성 결정을 신청했으나, 전신경화증 연관간질성 폐질환과 진행성 폐섬유증 치료에만 급여 적정성을 인정받았다.
