에너지정보문화재단 대표에 이주수 전 서울농수산식품공사 이사회 의장

한국에너지정보문화재단은 이주수 전 서울농수산식품공사 이사회 의장이 5일 대표이사로 취임한다고 4일 밝혔다. 임기는 2028년 2월 4일까지 3년이다.

이 대표는 경기대학교에서 행정학을 전공하고 고려대 정책대학원에서 국제관계학 석사 학위를 취득했다. 국민통합위원회 서울시 지역협의회 위원과 제7대 서울시의회 의원, 서울농수산식품공사 이사회 의장을 역임했다.

에너지정보문화재단은 이 대표가 공직과 지방자치단체에서의 소통과 경험을 바탕으로 에너지 수요가 증가하는 인공지능(AI) 시대에 올바른 정보제공으로 에너지 산업 발전을 위한 균형적인 인식저변 확립에 기여할 것으로 기대했다.

에너지정보문화재단은 에너지와 관련한 객관적이고 과학적인 정보를 보급·확산해 국민의 에너지에 대한 올바른 이해증진을 도모하고, 에너지 문화를 진흥시킴으로써 사회 공익에 이바지하기 위한 목적으로 1992년에 설립된 산업통상자원부 산하 공공기관이다.
