멕시코산 아보카도서 잔류농약 초과 검출

식품의약품안전처가 시중에 판매 중인 멕시코산 ‘아보카도’에서 잔류농약인 카벤다짐이 기준치 0.01mg/kg 이하 보다 초과 검출돼 해당 제품을 판매 중단하고 회수 조치했다.

카벤다짐은 곡류·과일·채소 등에 곤충을 방제하기 위해 쓰는 침투성 살진균제다. 회수 대상은 수입식품 등 수입·판매업체 돌코리아가 수입한 멕시코산 2024년 생산한 아보카도 제품이다.

식약처는 영업자가 해당 제품을 신속히 회수하도록 조치했으며, 해당 제품을 구매한 소비자는 섭취를 중단하고 구입처에 반품하여 줄 것을 당부했다. 식품 관련 불법 행위를 목격하면 불량식품 신고 전화로 신고하거나, 스마트폰의 경우 식품안전정보 필수앱 내손안 앱을 이용하여 신고할 수 있다.
