삼성바이오로직스, 주총서 사내이사에 유승호 경영지원센터장 선임

삼성바이오로직스가 14일 인천 송도국제도시의 송도컨벤시아에서 제14기 정기주주총회를 개최했다.

주총은 이날 오전 9시부터 약 30분간 진행됐다. 사내이사에는 유승호 경영지원센터장이, 사외이사 겸 감사위원으로는 이호승 전 대통령비서실 정책실장이 새로 선임됐다. 이창우 서울대 명예교수도 재선임됐다.

이날 1천700여 명의 주주가 온·오프라인으로 참석했다. 회사는 4일~13일 참석이 어려운 주주를 대상으로 전자투표를 실시한 바 있다.

존 림 대표는 “4월 제2바이오캠퍼스 시대를 여는 5공장이 완공될 예정”이라며 “포트폴리오와 글로벌 거점을 확장 노력도 이어갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
