로킷헬스케어, 공모가 1만1000원…23일~24일 일반청약 진행

로킷헬스케어가 최종 공모가를 1만1000원에 확정했다고 22일 공시했다.

이번 공모가는 시장 친화적인 가격 책정으로 투자자 보호를 도모하고, 상장 후 기업 가치 상승을 통해 투자자와의 동반 성장을 지향하는 경영진의 의지를 반영한 것으로 해석된다.

앞서 로킷헬스케어는 지난 14일부터 18일까지 5영업일간 국내외 기관 투자자를 대상으로 수요예측을 진행한 결과 총 1104개사가 참여해 368.45대1의 경쟁률을 기록한 것으로 나타났다.

로킷헬스케어의 장기재생 플랫폼

2012년에 설립된 로킷헬스케어는 인공지능(AI) 기반 초개인화 장기재생플랫폼 전문기업이다. 인공지능을 접목시켜 환부를 자동으로 모델링하는 기술과 맞춤형 패치를 제작하는 의료용 3D 바이오 프린터, 초개인화 바이오잉크 제작키트 등을 개발해 세계 최초로 장기재생플랫폼 상용화에 성공했다.

회사 측은 상용화에 성공한 장기재생플랫폼의 적용 범위를 피부암, 화상, 연골, 신장 등으로 확대해 나가며 지속적인 사업 확장과 실적 개선세를 이끌어 나가겠다는 계획이다.

공모가가 확정됨에 따라 로킷헬스케어는 오는 23일과 24일 이틀 동안 SK증권을 통해 일반투자자 공모주 청약을 진행하며, 상장 예정일은 5월12일이다.
