리얼타임메디체크, 2025 디지털 이노베이션 대상

리얼타임메디체크가 ‘2025 디지털 이노베이션 대상’에서 바이오 부문 대상을 받았다.

회사가 백신 오접종 방지부터 이상반응 예측 등 국내 첫 통합 백신 헬스케어 플랫폼을 개발한 공로를 인정받았다. 우선 회사는 예방접종의 전 과정을 디지털화(DX)하고, 데이터를 통합 분석(AT)해, 인공지능 기반으로 이상 반응을 예측(AX)할 수 있는 기술 체계를 완성했다.

특히 고정밀 스캐너(RTMC-V, RTMC-TAB)로 통해 주사기·바이알 정보를 인식, 자동 등록하는 기능은 보건소 및 병의원의 오접종 사고를 줄이는 데 기여했다.

또 이상 반응 발생 시 사용자가 앱을 통해 증상을 입력하면, AI가 유사 사례를 비교 분석하고 자가 대응법을 제안하는 자가 건강관리 기능도 눈에 띈다.

해당 기술은 서울 강남구보건소와 인천 연수구보건소 등에서 실증 도입됐다. 현재 전국 보건기관으로의 확대가 추진되고 있다. 미국의 Target Health와 벨기에 플란더스 정부 기관과도 글로벌 협약을 체결한 바 있다.

임재준 대표는 “디지털 전환과 AI 기술은 생존을 위한 인프라”라며 “백신과 건강 데이터의 디지털화로 국민이 안전하게 의료 서비스를 받을 수 있는 공공의료 혁신을 이어가겠다”라고 밝혔다.
