[신간] 마음 비타민

이강준 인제대 일산백병원 정신건강의학과 교수가 ‘마음 비타민’을 출간했다. 부제는 ‘지친 오늘, 당신을 위한 마음 처방전’.

정신과 전문의인 이 교수는 임상 경험과 두 자녀를 키우는 아버지로서 개인적인 고민을 책에 녹여냈다. 책은 ▲일상생활이 힘들 때 ▲사회생활이 힘들 때 ▲하고 싶은 또 다른 이야기 등 세 주제로 구성됐다. 각 챕터마다 독자가 처한 상황에 맞춰 쉽게 공감하고 적용할 수 있도록 했다.

이 교수는 불안‧강박‧무기력감에서 벗어나는 방법과 사회생활의 어려움 극복 및 인간관계에서의 신뢰와 경계 설정, 자존감 향상 등 여러 심리적 문제에 대한 해결책을 제시했다. 정신과 전문의의 시각에서 공감 어린 해석과 함께, 독자가 자신의 내면을 돌아보고 삶의 균형을 찾도록 조언했다.

저자는 고려대의대 졸업 후 미국 UCSF 기억력 및 노화센터에서 연수했다. 한국정신신체의학회와 대한인지중재치료학회 이사장, 대한노인정신의학회 부이사장 등으로 활동했다.

그는 “젊은이들에게 전하고 싶었던 이야기를 아들과 딸에게 보내던 문자 그대로 담았다”라며 “책의 한 문장이 힘든 순간마다 버팀목이 되기를 바란다”라고 밝혔다. 군자출판사, 1만5천원.
