삼성바이오에피스, 남녀고용평등 우수기업 수상

삼성바이오에피스가 지난 28일 서울 올림픽파크텔에서 열린 2025 남녀고용평등 강조기간 시상식에서 남녀고용평등분야 우수기업으로 선정되며, 장관 표창을 받았다.

이번 수상은 회사의 ▲남녀 평등 조직문화 ▲자율 출퇴근 ▲사내 교육 ▲직무 전환 제도 ▲임산부 단축 근로 ▲태아돌봄휴직 ▲육아휴직 ▲모성보호실 운영 ▲사내 어린이집의 정원 확대 등의 노력이 인정받은 것.

강대성 상무는 “남녀 평등에 기반한 조직문화를 정착시키고자 노력해 온 결과”라며 “임직원들이 역량에 기반한 동등한 기회를 얻고 일과 삶을 조화롭게 누릴 수 있는 근무 환경을 만들겠다”라고 밝혔다.
