심사평가원 경기북부본부, 요양기관업무포털 ‘마이페이지’ 신설

건강보험심사평가원 경기북부본부(이하 경기북부본부)는 본원 디지털운영실과 협업해 요양기관 업무포털 내에 ‘마이페이지’를 신설하고, 지난 5월8일부터 전국 요양기관을 대상으로 본격적인 서비스 제공을 시작했다고 밝혔다.

기존에는 진료비 청구정보 등 주요 정보가 업무포털 내 여러 메뉴에 분산되어 있어 요양기관들은 원하는 정보를 찾는데 어려워 지역 의료단체를 중심으로 정보를 통합 제공해 달라는 요구가 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다.

이번에 신설된 ‘마이페이지’는 요양기관의 ▲기본정보 ▲알림서비스 신청현황 ▲웹메일 수신목록 ▲진료비 청구오류 수정보완 현황 ▲치료재료 구입현황 ▲심사진행과정 등 주요 정보를 한눈에 확인할 수 있도록 구성했다. 이를 통해 요양기관의 업무 효율성이 높아지고, 사용자 중심의 맞춤형 정보 제공 기반이 한층 강화될 것으로 기대된다.

이영현 경기북부본부장은 “앞으로 마이페이지의 이용현황을 면밀히 모니터링하고, 사용자 대상 설문조사 등을 통해 서비스 만족도를 평가하고, 이를 바탕으로 제공 항목을 확대하고 이용 편의성을 지속적으로 개선해 나가겠다”라며 “지역 의료단체와의 정례 간담회를 통해 현장의 다양한 의견과 불편사항을 적극적으로 파악하고, 이를 개선해 나갈 계획”이라고 덧붙였다.
