동국제약 센텔리안24, 위조 제품 유통 관련 소비자 주의 당부

동국제약은 더마코스메틱 브랜드 센텔리안24의 위조 제품이 온라인에서 유통되고 있는 것과 관련해 정품과 차이 확인 가능한 안내자료를 제공하는 등 소비자들에게 각별한 주의를 당부했다.

최근 일부 오픈마켓을 중심으로 센텔리안24 주요 제품인 ▲마데카 크림 액티브 스킨 포뮬러 ▲더 마데카 크림 ▲멜라캡처 앰플 프로 등의 위조품 유통이 확인된 데 따른 것이다.

해당 위조 제품들은 정품과 유사한 외관을 갖추고 있어 소비자들이 구분하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 특히 정확한 성분 정보를 확인할 수 없는 제품을 피부에 직접적으로 사용할 경우 피부에 심각한 악영향을 일으킬 수 있어 주의가 요구된다.

동국제약은 현재 유통 중인 위조 제품과 정품의 차이를 구분할 수 있는 안내자료를 마련해 소비자들에게 적극적으로 알리고 있다. 아울러 오픈마켓을 포함해 온라인 유통 채널을 대상으로 상시 모니터링을 강화하고, 위조 제품 판매자 대상 법적 대응을 통해 소비자 보호에 나선다는 방침이다.

동국제약 센텔리안24 관계자는 “위조 제품으로 인한 피해를 막기 위해서는 인증된 공식 판매처를 통해 구매하는 것이 좋다”며 “위조 제품 및 악의적 판매자 근절을 위해 최선을 다할 것”이라고 말했다.
