심사평가원 제4회 HIRA 코딩능력 경진대회 개최

건강보험심사평가원(이하 심사평가원)은 6월10일부터 13일까지 내부 직원을 대상으로 코딩능력 경진대회(이하 코딩대회)를 개최한다.

코딩대회는 심사평가원 직원들의 개발 역량 강화와 문제 해결 능력 향상을 장려하기 위해 지난 2022년부터 매년 진행되고 있으며, 올해는 다양한 문제 출제와 난이도 구성으로 그 어느 해보다 많은 직원의 참여와 관심을 유도하고 있다.

이번 대회는 다채로운 문제 구성과 난이도 세분화를 통해 전문성과 완성도를 높였다. 난이도는 초급·중급·고급으로 나뉘어 전산 업무를 수행하는 직원은 물론 행정·심사·연구 업무를 수행하는 직원들도 부담 없이 도전할 수 있도록 진행될 예정이다.

대회 최우수자에게는 상품과 함께 ‘심사평가원장상’이 수여되며, 해외에서 주최하는 관련 학회 참여 자격도 주어진다. 지난해 코딩대회에서는 총 135명이 참가해 우수자 1명이 선발되어 프랑스 파리에서 열린 ‘2025년 보건의료 정보관리시스템학회’(HIMSS)에 참가했다.

코딩대회를 총괄하는 이기신 디지털전략실장은 “코딩 대회는 단순히 개인의 개발 역량 평가를 넘어서, 심사평가원의 기술력과 발전가능성을 점검할 수 있는 기회”라며 “많은 인재들의 향상된 역량이 모여 심사평가원의 미래 신기술 활용을 위한 밑거름이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.

한편 심사평가원은 ICT의 업무적용 다각화를 위해 디지털전문 교육기관을 통한 위탁 및 이러닝 교육과 원내에서 진행하는 다양한 집합교육을 통해 디지털전환(Digital Transformation, DX) Native를 추진하고 있다.
