이제 AI로 건강까지 관리한다…카카오페이, 상담봇 출시

카카오페이(대표 신원근)는 생성형 인공지능(AI) 기반 상담봇 채널인 ‘페이아이’ 첫 번째 서비스인 ‘AI로 내 건강 관리하기’를 출시했다고 17일 밝혔다.

페이아이는 sLLM(경량화 대규모 언어모델)과 머신러닝 기반으로 한 카카오페이의 생성형 AI 기반 상담봇 서비스다. 카카오페이는 ‘페이아이’에 적용된 sLLM을 더욱 정교화하기 위해 베타 서비스 운영 및 고도화 작업을 통해 실생활에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 AI 상담 서비스를 구현했다는 설명이다.

‘AI로 내 건강 관리하기’ 서비스는 사용자의 건강 데이터를 기반해 개인 맞춤형 건강 및 보험 상담을 제공하는 서비스다. 이 서비스는 사용자가 카카오페이에 보험 마이데이터를 연동하면 3년 내 최근 2년의 건강보험관리공단 건강검진 데이터를 종합적으로 활용해 사용자가 취약할 수 있는 질병을 예측해 제공하고 건강 관련 상담을 진행한다.

예를 들어 데이터 분석을 통해 공복혈당 수치가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세가 확인되면 이와 관련될 수 있는 건강 리스크를 사용자가 더 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 안내하고 생활 습관 개선을 위한 관리 방법과 식단 등을 추천해 주는 방식이다.

또 사용자가 가입한 보험의 분석을 요청하면 건강 정보를 기반으로 특정 질환에 대한 사용자의 현재 보험 보장 상태를 분석하고 비슷한 연령대의 사용자 그룹의 평균 보장 금액 등을 비교해 안내해 준다. 여기에 필요에 따라 보험 전문가와 상담을 연결할 수도 있다.

이외에도 평소 알기 어려웠던 건강 및 보험 용어에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 카카오페이는 페이아이의 영역을 다양한 금융 분야로 넓혀나갈 계획이다. ‘AI로 내 건강 관리하기’ 서비스는 카카오페이앱 또는 카카오톡 카카오페이홈의 전체탭 ‘편의’ 카테고리에서 만나볼 수 있으며 오른쪽 상단의 돋보기를 선택해 서비스명을 검색해서 이용할 수 있다.

카카오페이는 “생성형 AI를 기반으로 건강 및 보험 상담을 제공해 사용자가 자신의 건강을 주도적으로 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 데 중점을 뒀다”며 “사용자 피드백에 집중해 서비스를 지속적으로 고도화하고 추후 페이아이의 적용 범위를 기존 금융 분야를 넘어 사용자의 일상과 밀접한 생활 분야까지 확대해 혁신적인 금융 플랫폼 경험을 제공하기 위해 노력할 것”이라고 말했다.
