식약처, 액란·구운달걀 등 알가공품 제조위반 업체 4개소 적발

식품의약품안전처는 여름철 살모넬라 식중독 등 안전사고 예방을 위해 액란 등을 생산하는 알가공품 제조업체 174곳을 점검한 결과, 축산물 위생관리법을 위반한 4개소를 적발했다고 밝혔다.

이번 점검은 17개 지자체와 식약처가 합동으로 5월12일부터 30일까지 액란‧구운달걀 등을 생산하는 업체와 부적합 이력이 있는 업체를 대상으로 진행했으며, 이와 함께 유통 중인 알가공품에 대한 살모넬라, 잔류물질 등 기준·규격 적합 여부와 영양성분 표시 적정성 확인을 위해 수거·검사를 병행했다.

점검 결과 자가품질검사 미실시(1곳), 시설기준 위반(1곳, 손세척 시설 등 분리·구획 미비), 건강진단 미실시(2곳) 업체 총 4곳을 적발했으며, 위반업체에 대해서는 관할 지자체가 행정처분 후 6개월 이내에 다시 점검해 개선 여부를 확인할 계획이다.

또 국내 유통되고 있는 알가공품 총 261건을 수거·검사한 결과 1개 액란(달걀의 내용물 전부 또는 노른자와 흰자를 분리해 액상 형태로 제조하거나 이에 식염, 당류 등을 첨가한 것으로 크림, 마요네즈 등의 원료로 사용) 제품에서 대장균군이 초과 검출됐으며, 영양성분 중 지방의 함량이 표시량에 비해 초과 검출된 알가열제품(계란후라이) 1개를 적발해 관할관청에서 행정 처분할 예정이다.
