KMI, 사우디 국영병원 사절단에 K-건강검진 선봬

사우디아라비아 국영병원 ‘Prince Sultan Military Medical City’ 사절단이 지난 19일 KMI한국의학연구소 광화문센터를 방문해 디지털 건강검진 시스템 노하우를 둘러보고 협력 방안을 논의했다.

사절단 방문은 한국보건산업진흥원 주관 ‘2025년 ICT 기반 의료시스템 해외 진출 지원사업’의 일환으로 성사됐다.

래쉬드 앨로타이비 사우디 국영병원 의료 및 행정 책임자는 ”일반인 대상 여러 검진 항목이 한 장소에서 신속하게 이뤄지는 한국의 디지털 기반 건강검진 시스템이 매우 인상적이다”라고 밝혔다.

이광배 KMI 이사장도 “우리나라와 사우디아라비아 사이에 보건의료 협력에 도움이 되길 바란다”라며 “KMI의 한국형 건강검진 시스템이 중동 보건의료 발전에 기여할 수 있도록 지속적인 협력 방안을 모색할 계획”이라고 전했다.
