李대통령, 이스란 복지부 1차관 임명

이스란 보건복지부 제1차관

이재명 대통령이 보건복지부 제1차관으로 이스란 사회복지정책실장을 임명했다.

이스란 신임 차관은 앞으로 복지부의 기획조정 및 복지 정책과 예산안을 총괄하게 된다. 이 차관은 1972년생으로, 건국대 정치외교학과를 졸업하고 서울대 보건학과 석사 및 Carnegie mellon univ 보건행정학과 석사를 수료했다. 서강대 경영학 박사를 마쳤다.

복지부에서 ▲장관비서관 ▲국민연금재정과장 ▲보험급여과장 ▲세계보건기구(WHO) 파견 ▲요양보험제도과장 ▲의료자원정책과장 ▲보육정책과장 ▲혁신행정담당관 ▲국민연금정책과장 ▲건강정책국장 ▲연금정책관 등을 거쳐 사회복지정책실장으로 근무해왔다.

이 차관은 사회복지정책실장으로 연금개혁안을 국회에 통과시키는데 큰 역할을 한 것으로 알려졌다.

한편, 현재 복지부장관 인선이 한창인 가운데, 당초 거론됐던 정은경 전 질병관리청장은 배우자의 코로나19 주식 투자 관련 이슈가 불거지며 명단에서 빠졌다는 분석이 주를 이룬다. 남인순, 전현희, 김윤 더불어민주당 의원 등이 복지부 장관 후보자로 거론되고 있다. 이런 가운데 복지부 제2차관은 정경실 의료개혁추진단장이 내정됐다는 전언도 흘러나오고 있다.
