참여연대 "이스란 복지 차관은 연기금 거버넌스 민주성 훼손”

이스란 보건복지부 제1차관

이재명 정부가 26일 보건복지부 제1차관에 이스란 사회정책실장을 임명한 것을 두고 비판의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 참여연대는 이스란 차관 임명에 문제가 있다는 입장을 밝혔다.

대통령실은 이스란 차관 임명 이유로 “대표적 연금 전문가로서, 위기 속에서 서로를 지키는 든든한 사회 안전망 마련이라는 대통령의 국정철학을 구현할 적임자”를 들었다. 

이에 대해 참여연대는 “이스란 임명자는 윤석열 내란 정부에서 자동조정장치 도입, 세대별 차등 보험료율 도입, 신·구연금 분리 운영 등의 연금 개악을 추진하고, 국민연금기금운용위원회에 2년 넘게 노동계를 위촉하지 않는 등 국민연금기금 거버넌스의 민주성을 훼손한 주요 정책 책임자”라고 지적했다.

이어 “OECD 최고 수준의 노인빈곤율, 심화하는 불평등과 양극화 등에 대응하고 이를 책임질 중요한 위치에 맞지 않다”라고 꼬집었다.
