온로봇, 로봇 자동화 도구 '디플로이' 선봬

덴마크 로봇부품 업체 온로봇은 27일부터 29일까지 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 열린 '제3회 강남 로봇플러스 페스티벌'에서 자동화 플랫폼 '디플로이'를 소개했다.

디플로이는 로봇 자동화 과정을 단순화하는 도구다. 협업 애플리케이션 구축과 실행, 모니터링 및 재배치를 돕는다.

프로그래밍과 시뮬레이션이 없이 제조 현장에 직접 배치할 수 있다. 기존 솔루션에 비해 배치 시간을 최대 90%까지 절감할 수 있다고 회사 측은 설명했다.

설치된 하드웨어 대부분을 자동으로 검색하고, 직관적인 그래픽 인터페이스를 사용해 작업공간 장애물과 셀 경계를 설정할 수 있다. 간단한 단계별 흐름을 통해 작업물 속성과 픽 위치 등을 입력하면 된다.

버튼 한 번으로 애플리케이션을 실행하고, 새 부품을 도입하거나 새 포장 또는 팔레트화 필요를 충족하는 등 생산 요건이 변경되면 신속하게 변경하고 애플리케이션을 다시 배치할 수 있다.

디플로이는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 결합해 다양한 로봇 애플리케이션을 처리하는 솔루션을 제공한다. 컴퓨터 수치제어(CNC), 팔레타이징 등 작업에 필요한 애플리케이션을 지원한다.

김주연 온로봇 이사는 "디플로이는 프로그래밍 과정 없이 빠르고 쉽게 로봇 자동화를 돕고 재배치 유연성도 제공한다"며 "국내 운영되는 로봇 제조사별로 솔루션을 확보해 공급을 확대하고 있다"고 말했다.
