여름철 식중독에 삼계탕·염소탕·냉면 배달 음식점 위생은?

정부가 여름철 식중독 예방을 위해 음식점들의 위생 관리를 점검한다.

식품의약품안전처는 14일~18일 17개 지방자치단체와 집중 점검에 나선다고 밝혔다. 점검 대상은 ▲삼계탕·염소탕·냉면 전문 취급 배달 음식점 ▲맥주 프랜차이즈 ▲달걀로 조리·판매하는 음식점 중 최근 점검 이력이 없거나 식품위생법 등 위반 이력이 있는 업소 3천700여 곳이다.

특히 배달 음식점과 맥주 프랜차이즈는 위반 빈도가 높았던 ▲건강진단 실시 ▲식품·조리장의 위생적 취급 ▲소비기한 경과 제품 보관·사용 ▲방충망, 폐기물 덮개 설치 등 시설기준 등 식품위생법 준수 여부 전반을 집중 점검할 예정이다.

달걀을 사용하는 음식점의 경우, ▲껍질이 깨지거나 식중독균 등 오염이 우려되는 달걀 사용 여부 ▲칼, 도마 구분 사용 여부 등을 중심으로 점검이 이뤄질 계획이다. 또 식약처는 삼계탕·냉면·김밥·토스트 등 조리식품 160여 건을 무작위 수거해 식중독균에 대한 검사도 진행한다는 방침이다.

관련해 식약처는 지난 2021년부터 다소비 배달 음식을 선정해 점검해 오고 있다.

식약처는 “위반업체에 대해 행정처분하는 등 엄정하게 조치할 예정”이라며 “국민이 많이 소비하는 식품의 위생·안전관리를 강화하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
