조승희 한국로슈진단 신임 분자진단 사업본부장

한국로슈진단이 분자진단사업부 본부장으로 조승희 전무를 선임했다.

조승희 신임 본부장은 지난 2008년 한국로슈진단 병리진단 사업부 학술부에 입사해 프로덕트 매니저, 마케팅 매니저, 에자일팀 리드 등을 거쳤다. 특히 부서 간 협업을 기반으로 한 에자일 조직을 이끌며 한국로슈진단의 조직 문화 정착에 기여했다.

2023년부터는 검사실 자동화를 주도하는 I&I(Integration & Innovation) 부서를 총괄했다. ‘검사실 전자동화(Total Laboratory Solution)’ 전략을 추진, 최근에는 100번째 자동화 고객 사이트 구축 성과를 달성하기도 했다.

조 본부장은 “분자 진단은 첨단기술을 바탕으로 빠르게 진화하는 분야인 만큼, 고객과 환자에게 혁신적인 솔루션을 신속하게 제공하는 데 주력하겠다”라며 “분자 진단이 지닌 임상적, 사회적, 경제적 가치를 여러 이해관계자와 공유하며 함께 혁신을 만들어가겠다”라고 밝혔다.
