건보공단, 공공기관 최초 전자문서를 컴퓨터·모바일 웹 모두 열람

국민건강보험공단(이하 건보공단)은 7월16일부터 공공기관 최초로 모바일 전자문서를 컴퓨터(PC) 및 모바일 웹에서도 열람이 가능하도록 확대해 사용자의 접근성과 편의성이 대폭 향상될 것으로 기대된다.

열람이 가능한 전자문서는 건강검진표 및 안내문, 지역고지서, 장기요양인정서, 연간 급여일수 통보서 등 300종이다.ㅣ

디지털 전환 정부 정책 및 대국민 편의성 제고를 위해 기존 모바일 앱에서만 제공되던 전자문서 안내 서비스를 컴퓨터(PC) 열람 기능 도입으로 데스크톱, 노트북 등 다양한 환경에서 열람하고 인쇄, 저장, 텍스트 확대 기능이 추가됐다.

이용 방법은 네이버 누리집 내 ‘전자문서 홈’(접속 → 로그인 → 고지 문서 선택 → 네이버 앱)에서 알림 인증 후 문서를 확인할 수 있다.

국민건강보험공단 원인명 징수상임이사는 “향후 모바일 전자문서 서비스를 다양한 플랫폼으로 확대해 사용자 선택권을 보장하고, 사용자 중심의 서비스 개선을 지속적으로 추진하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

한편 건보공단은 국민에게 보다 쉽고 편한 디지털 민원·행정 서비스를 제공하기 위해 2021년 3월 첫 모바일 전자문서 발송을 시작했으며, 공공기관 중 가장 많은 전자고지 서식(약 300종 운영 중)을 매년 약 6천만건 이상 발송을 통해 발송비용 절감 및 탄소중립 생활실천에 따른 환경·사회·투명(ESG) 경영에 앞장서고 있다.
