[속보] 이재용 회장 '부당합병·회계부정' 최종 무죄 확정

삼성물산-제일모직 부당합병·삼성바이오로직스 회계부정 혐의로 1, 2심에서 무죄를 선고 받은 이재용 삼성전자 회장이 최종심에서도 무죄를 확정지었다.

17일 대법원 3부(주심 오석준 대법관)는 자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 위반 등 혐의로 기소된 이재용 회장 등 14명에 대한 상고심에서 최종 무죄 판결을 내렸다.
