보건산업진흥원, 2025년 신규직원 공개채용 공고

한국보건산업진흥원(이하 진흥원)은 신규사업 확대와 환경변화에 따라 총 21명 모집 규모의 정규직 신규직원 공개채용을 진행한다.

채용 예정 인원은 7개 분야 21명으로 ▲전문직 연구원 20명 ▲실무직 실무원 1명이며, 전문직 연구원 20명 중 1명은 보훈대상자를 선발한다. 7개 각 모집 분야 및 인원은 ▲경영지원 1명 ▲경영기획 2명 ▲보건산업진흥지원 5명 ▲국제의료사업지원 2명 ▲보건의료연구개발사업관리 9명 ▲보건의료연구개발사업관리 1명(보훈대상자) ▲임원 비서 1명(실무원, 청년)으로 구분된다.

이번 채용은 자격요건에 별도 제한이 없는 공개경쟁으로 실시하되, 사회적 책임 확대를 위한 취업지원대상자(보훈대상자)와 실무직 채용을 위한 별도의 청년제한경쟁 채용을 실시한다.

채용 전형은 NCS 기반의 능력 중심 인재 채용 및 채용 공정성 확보를 위해 직무 중심 블라인드 채용으로 진행되며 장애인, 지역인재, 저소득층, 자립준비청년, 다문화가정 등 취약계층에겐 우대가점을 부여한다. 전형 일정은 7월18일부터 31일 오후 6시까지 채용홈페이지를 통한 온라인 원서접수를 진행하며, 이후 서류전형 및 필기전형과 두 차례의 면접을 거쳐 10월 중으로 최종합격자를 발표할 계획이다.
