셀트리온, 2분기 매출 9615억원…영업이익 2425억원

셀트리온은 2025년 2분기 연결기준 매출액 9천615억원, 영업이익 2천425억원의 잠정실적을 기록했다고 21일 밝혔다.

전년동기 대비 매출액은 9.9%, 영업이익은 234.5% 증가했으며, 영업이익률도 25%대로 개선됐다.

회사 측에 따르면 매출과 영업이익 모두 2분기 기준 역대 최대치로, 이 같은 성과는 글로벌 시장에서 기존 제품의 선전과 수익성 높은 신규 제품 중심의 판매 확대에 따른 결과다. 특히 램시마SC, 유플라이마, 베그젤마, 스테키마 등 고마진 제품의 성장이 본격화되면서 매출과 영업이익 확대폭을 키웠다고 설명했다. 고마진 신규 제품 매출 비중은 53%로 전년동기 30% 대비 대폭 확대됐다.

또 신규 제품 중심의 성장세는 계속될 것으로 전망했는데, 하반기에는 글로벌 주요국에서 옴리클로, 앱토즈마, 아이덴젤트, 스토보클로-오센벨트 등 4개의 신규 제품 순차적 출시를 앞두고 있어 실적 성장세는 전반기 대비 훨씬 가파를 것으로 회사는 기대했다.

지속적인 원가 개선 노력에 따른 수익성 확대도 꾸준히 이어지고 있다. 특히 셀트리온헬스케어와의 합병에 따라 일시적으로 상승했던 매출원가율은 ▲합병 전 고원가 재고 소진 ▲생산 수율 개선(TI: Titer Improvement 효과) ▲3공장 가동률 상승 및 원료의약품 외주생산 축소 ▲기존 제품 개발비 상각 종료 등에 따라 빠른 속도로 낮아지고 있다.

올해 2분기 원가율은 약 43% 수준으로 전년도 동기 58% 수준보다 약 15%p 감소했으며, 직전 분기와 비교해도 한 분기 만에 4%p 원가율을 줄이며 빠르게 이익폭을 키웠다고 회사는 설명했다.

이번에 공개된 실적은 내부결산에 따른 잠정실적으로, 회계검토 결과에 따라 일부 변동될 수 있으며 확정 실적은 별도 공시를 통해 공개할 예정이다.

셀트리온 관계자는 “2분기는 수익성이 높은 신규 제품 중심의 매출이 확대되며 당분기 사상 최대 매출과 영업이익을 달성했다”라며 “하반기에도 유럽, 미국 등 글로벌 주요 시장을 타깃으로 고마진 신제품 출시와 이에 따른 시장 확대 등 호재가 산적해 있는 만큼 성장을 위한 전사적 노력을 이어갈 방침”이라고 밝혔다.
