롯데화학군 리더들 한자리에…"사람이 혁신의 중심”

롯데그룹 주요 화학 계열사 임원과 팀장들이 한자리에 모여 변화 대응과 조직 리더십 강화를 논의했다.

롯데화학군은 지난 22일 롯데인재개발원 오산캠퍼스에서 롯데케미칼, 롯데정밀화학, 롯데에너지머티리얼즈, 롯데알미늄 등 롯데화학군 임원 및 팀장을 대상으로 ‘2025 리더십 서밋’을 개최했다고 24일 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 급변하는 경영환경 속 위기 극복과 실천적 리더십을 통한 조직 혁신 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

오전에는 경영 현황과 전략 방향을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다. 이어 비즈니스 혁신을 주제로 외부 강연이 이어졌다. 오후에는 이영준 롯데화학군 총괄대표의 특강과 화학군 CEO들이 참석한 가운데 경영혁신의 실천과 리더십 역할에 대한 좌담회가 진행됐다.

이영준 롯데화학군 총괄대표는 이날 “비즈니스 관점의 혁신을 선도하자”라며 “고객과 마켓 중심으로 전환함으로써 새로운 시장개척을 확대해 나가는 역량을 강화할 시점”이라고 말했다. 또한 “우리가 가진 본원적 핵심역량을 정확히 이해하고 이를 기반으로 사업기회를 적극적으로 발굴해 나가자”고 강조했다.

한자리에 모인 화학군 리더들은 “혁신의 주체는 결국 사람으로, 어떠한 태도와 마인드를 가지고 일하느냐에 따라 작은 혁신이 쌓이게 되고, 이러한 축적이 결국 거대한 변화를 이끌어내게 될 것”이라며 “리더들이 양손잡이가 돼 창의성과 효율성을 균형감 있게 발휘하자”고 말했다.

이어 “불확실한 현 상황을 돌파해 나가기에 여러 장애물이 있을 수 있지만, 조직 신뢰를 기반으로 우리가 가진 경쟁력을 믿고 맡은 일을 완수할 수 있도록 하자”며 격려했다.

롯데화학군은 앞으로도 경영 현황을 공유하고, 나아가고자 하는 방향성과 목표에 대해 소통할 수 있는 자리를 지속적으로 개최할 계획이다.
