동아쏘시오홀딩스, 2분기 연결기준 매출 3469억원…영업이익 287억원

동아쏘시오홀딩스는 2025년 2분기 실적 공시를 통해 연결 기준 매출 3천469억원(전년 동분기 대비 6.9% 증가), 영업이익 287억원(전년 동분기 대비 28.8% 증가)을 기록했다고 밝혔다.

회사 측은 매출은 주요 사업회사들의 외형 성장에 따른 것이며, 영업이익은 동아제약와 에스티젠바이오가 성장을 주도했다고 설명했다.

헬스케어 전문회사 동아제약의 경우 일반의약품 사업부문 성장으로 매출이 전년 동분기 대비 3.4% 증가한 1천816억원을 기록했고, 영업이익은 효율적 판관비 집행으로 전년 동분기 대비 13.7% 증가한 239억원을 기록했다고 밝혔다.

주요 사업부문별 매출을 보면 일반의약품 사업부문이 545억원으로 전년 동분기 대비 23.2% 증가하며 성장을 주도했다. 반면 박카스 사업부문이 694억원으로 전년 동분기 대비 2.8% 감소했고, 생활건강 사업부문은 498억원으로 전년 동분기 대비 5.8% 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

바이오의약품 CMO(위탁생산) 전문회사 에스티젠바이오는 신규 수주 및 글로벌 상업화 물량으로 매출 전년 동분기 대비 230.5% 증가한 250억원을 기록했고, 특히 영업이익은 전년 동분기(1억원) 대비 6137% 증가한 43억원을 기록했다.

물류 전문회사 용마로지스는 글로벌 불확실성, 내수 경기 침체로 유통 물량 감소 영향에 따른 매출(1천7억원, 전년 동분기 대비 1% 감소) 및 영업이익(49억원, 전년 동분기 대비 38.3% 감소) 모두 감소했다.

연결기준 2025년 상반기 실적을 보면 동아쏘시오홀딩스는 매출 6천753억원(전년 동기 대비 7.3% 증가), 영업이익 491억원(전년 동기 대비 29.7% 증가)을 기록했다.

동아제약은 매출 3천517억원(전년 동기 대비 5.3% 증가)과 영업이익 407억원(전년 동기 대비 0.9% 증가) 기록했고, 에스티젠바이오는 매출 441억원(전년 동기 대비 129.4% 증가)과 영업이익 61억원(전년 동기 대비 1646.7% 증가)을 기록했다. 용마로지스는 매출 2천16억원(전년 동기 대비 4.3% 증가), 영업이익 91억원(전년 동기 대비 8.1% 감소)을 기록했다.
