SK바이오사이언스, 2분기 연결 매출 1619억원 전년比 504.5%↑

SK바이오사이언스가 2분기 연결 기준 매출이 1천618억6천만원으로, 전년동기 대비 504.5% 상승했다.

2분기 영업손실은 373억9천500만원으로 확인됐다. 이는 주요 파이프라인의 임상 진행과 R&D 및 설비 투자 등에 따른 것이다. 또 상반기 연결 기준 매출은 3천164억1천700만원으로, 전년동기 대비 545.1% 증가했다.

회사는 지난해 편입된 IDT가 1분기에 이어 2분기에도 매출을 늘렸다고 밝혔다. SK바이오사이언스 인수 이후 3분기 연속 1천억원 이상의 매출을 달성한 것. 회사는 하반기에도 유럽과 북미 고객 중심의 CDMO 수주 확대와 신규 파트너 확보로 실적 향상을 이어간다는 계획이다.

SK바이오사이언스의 독감백신 ‘스카이셀플루’는 태국과 말레이시아 등지로 수출을 확대하고 있다. 현재 북반구 물량 출하 준비가 진행 중이다. 다음 달부터 국내에 25-26절기 물량이 공급될 계획이다.

수두백신 ‘스카이바리셀라’는 오는 2027년까지 체결된 범미보건기구(PAHO) 공급 계약에 따라 2분기 중반부터 납품을 시작했다. 3분기부터 매출이 나올 것으로 예상된다. 대상포진 백신 ‘스카이조스터’는 지자체 공급 확대와 함께 동남아 시장진출을 위한 허가 승인 절차를 진행 중이다.

이와 함께 올해 국가예방접종사업에 포함된 6가 혼합백신 ‘헥사심’은 상반기 공급이 이어졌다. 회사는 영아용 RSV 항체 주사 ‘베이포투스’의 경우, 하반기 국내 접종 시즌에 맞춰 수요 증가를 예상했다.

사노피와 공동 개발 중인 21가 폐렴구균 단백접합 백신 ‘GBP410’은 미국과 유럽, 중국에서도 임상 시험계획(CTA)을 승인받았다. 회사는 GBP410의 상업 생산을 위한 안동 L HOUSE 증축을 최근 마쳤다. 현재 cGMP 인증을 준비 중이다. 회사는 영·유아와 성인용 차세대 폐렴구균 백신 개발도 진행 중이다.

아울러 mRNA 기반 일본뇌염 백신의 글로벌 임상도 진행 중이다. 면역증강제를 적용한 차세대 독감백신 개발을 비롯해 회사는 질병관리청 주관의 조류독감(H5N1) 백신 개발 정부 지원 과제에 선정됐다.
