장애친화 보건의료기관 등 지정 업무 위탁 근거 마련

보건복지부는 8월1일부터 9월10일까지 ‘장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률 시행령’ 일부개정안을 입법예고 한다고 밝혔다.

장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률은 장애인의 건강권 보장을 위한 지원, 장애인 보건관리 체계 확립 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 사항을 규정해 장애인의 건강증진에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 하는 법이다.

이번 시행령 개정은 어린이 재활의료기관 및 장애인 건강검진기관 등의 지정·운영과 관련해 지정기준 충족 여부 심사 등 기술지원 업무를 전문기관에 위탁할 수 있는 근거를 마련해 장애인건강보건관리사업을 보다 전문적, 효과적으로 추진하기 위한 것이다.
