건보공단, 예비 법조인에 건강보험·노인장기요양보험 제도 실무교육

국민건강보험공단이 예비 법조인에 국민건강보험과 노인장기요양보험 제도에 대한 실무교육을 실시했다.

대상은 전국 11개 대학 법학전문대학원생 24명. 건보공단은 지난달 28일부터 이달 1일까지 실무수습 연수 과정을 진행했다. 건보공단 전문가 특강과 공단 상근변호사의 소송 실무 지도 등이 이뤄졌다.

또 실습생들은 담배 소송 등 건보공단이 진행 중인 주요 소송의 법리적 쟁점 등을 통해 소송 실무를 연습했다.

건보공단은 지난 2010년부터 매년 법학전문대학원생을 대상으로 관련 실무교육을 해왔다. 누적 18회차 교육이 이뤄졌고, 실무수습생은 총 214명.

엄호윤 기획상임이사는 “실무수습생들에게 국민건강보험법과 노인장기요양보험법을 이해하고, 건보공단 제도 발전을 고민하는 계기가 되길 바란다”라고 밝혔다.
